11th International Consultation of Child Helplines (IC2025)

Lifeline/Childline Zambia, in collaboration with Child Helpline International, is proud to host the 11th International Consultation of Child Helplines 2025!

We are excited to welcome participants from around the world to this important global gathering, taking place from 24–26 June 2025 at the Radisson Blu Mosi-Oa-Tunya in Livingstone, Zambia.

This milestone event is proudly hosted by Lifeline/Childline Zambia in partnership with Child Helpline International, and is endorsed by the Government of the Republic of Zambia, represented by the Ministry of Community Development and Social Welfare and the Zambia Information and Communication Technology Authority (ZICTA). We also acknowledge the invaluable support of UN Zambia, our cooperating partner for this consultation.

The theme for IC 2025 is:
“Children at the Centre! A Global Voice for Mental Health, Violence Prevention and Response: Envisioning Child Helplines for 2030 and Beyond.”

The 11th International Consultation will provide a vital platform for child helplines, partners, and stakeholders to connect, collaborate, and reflect. It will foster meaningful dialogue around shared challenges and opportunities, while offering space to exchange knowledge, build relationships, and explore innovative solutions.

We look forward to welcoming around 250 participants, including child helpline members from across the globe, representatives from the UN, government, civil society, NGOs, the telecoms and tech sectors, and many others.
